Where I live

I live in a town in Maryland called Columbia. Columbia is a great place for families to live and raise children. It’s a place where there are no eyesores, plenty of activities for families to enjoy and has a wholesome and safe environment for kids.
In other towns there are billboards and telephone wires covering the landscape. But in Columbia there are rules against this kind of eyesore. Instead of skyscrapers and parking lots, Columbia has beautiful fields and wonderful trees in every neighborhood. In my town we have plenty of bike paths that connect each neighborhood to the next. These bike paths travel through beautiful woods and shining creeks and cover miles of land.
Columbians often take these bike paths to reach one of our many wonder available activities in Columbia and nearby Baltimore and Washington. Among my favorite activities in Columbia are the sports opportunities. There are baseball fields, soccer pitches, football fields, and tracks to run on along with plenty of tennis courts and even two swimming centers where families can have fun and exercise. Less than a half and hour away we can get to Baltimore or Washington to see wonderful productions, art museums or to hear the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra play.
In Columbia all of these activities can be enjoyed in a safe environment. Because of beauty and activities of Columbia and this safe environment, Columbia is a wonderful place to live and raise a family and kids.

Nice essay! I'm glad you like where we live. Didn't Daddy pick a good place? I thought the front was too busy, but, dude, the back is awesome.

Thanks to Bitz for being your secretary. She did a nice job typing for you.
